    Bugisu targets maiden win against West Nile as Tooro welcomes winless Kampala – Swift Sports Uganda

    The FUFA Drum will return to action on Saturday, 3rd January with two games on Match-day five.

    Bugisu who are yet to maximize points in the competition, will entertain West Nile in a Group A contest at Mbale Stadium.

    West Nile who are former champions of the event are currently second in the group with just three points while Bugisu are pointless and sit at the bottom of the group.

    Acholi tops the group with nine points are surely into the quarterfinals of the prestigious FUFA organized annual event.

    In the other game on Saturday, Tooro will host Kampala in the Group D game at St.Paul National Seminary ground in Fort Portal.

    Victory for Tooro today will see them go top of Group D with eight points. Teso currently leads the group with five points same as second placed Tooro.

    Kampala is rock bottom with no point and are desperate for maximum points in Fort Portal.

    After the group stage, the two top teams from each group will prevail to the knockout stage.

    Meanwhile, Buganda will host Lango on Sunday, 4th at Najjembe while Busoga will face off with Bunyoro.
