Midfielder Moses Waiswa has joined four times Uganda Premier League champions URA FC, Swift Sports Uganda Understands.
Waiswa’s employment contract at Vipers expired in January this year and the club didn’t offer him a new deal.
Waiswa has been at Kitende since his departure from KCCA FC in January 2024.
He joins the tax collectors on a two year employment contract as a free agent.
Besides Vipers, Waiswa has previously featured for SuperSport in South Africa where he spent three seasons before joining KCCA FC. At KCCA, he featured for only one year and half and returned to Vipers whom he left at the start of the 2018/19 season.
URA FC finished the first round of the 2025/26 season in 12th position with 13 points just one above relegation. They will open their second round against record league champions SC Villa on Saturday, 14th February at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo.
