KCCA FC played out a frustrating 0-0 draw away to newly promoted Kigezi Homeboyz at Rwamwanja Stadium in Kamwenge on Tuesday.
The stalemate mounts pressure on Brian Ssenyondo, with the run now extending to three matches without a win, including the woeful 2-0 defeat to rivals Express FC last week.
KCCA also suffered a 2-0 home defeat in their opening game of the campaign last month.
“We created the chances but we were not clinical. We need to be very clinical. The good thing is that we are playing well, much as we are not winning games, but at least you can see that the team is trying to play,” said Ssenyondo after the goalless draw.
KCCA are now 15th on the 18-team log after registering their first point of the Uganda Premier League, while Kigezi Homeboyz are 13th.
Kigezi Homeboyz next face SC Villa next Tuesday, while KCCA FC will entertain Kataka FC on Wednesday, 16th September.
