Non-league side Football Classroom secured their slot into the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 with a late win over Wembley on Sunday at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo.

Johnson Ssenyonga 92nd minute winner sent Football Classroom into the round of 64 draw.

With the game seemingly set for penalty shootout, Ssenyonga broke Wembley’s resilience in the second minute of added time.

Football Classroom under the stewardship of last year’s Buganda Masaza Cup winning coach Felix Ssebuuza has for a second consecutive time guided the non-league side to the round of 64.

Ssekabuuza works with Muwanguzi Joel alias Man Jo, the head of scouting at St.Mary’s Boarding Secondary School Kitende while journalist Becky Cynthia Nakimera serves as the Chief Executive Officer.

They began their journey against Kayda Sports Club before eliminating, Red Ants, Hearts Lukuuli and now Wembley.

Football Classroom had their journey ended by Buhimba United Saints at the round of 64 during last year’s edition.

Vipers are the current holders of the Stanbic Uganda Cup following their 2-0 triumph over KCCA FC in the final last year at FUFA Kadiba Stadium.
