Guinean Abdoulaye Manet to handle Uganda Vs Libya clash

Guinean referee Abdoulaye Manet will take charge of the Pamoja 2027 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Qualifier between Uganda and Libya at Hoima City Stadium on Tuesday.
The match, which kicks off at 7:00 PM, will be the first ever Uganda Cranes match to be played at the newly built Hoima City Stadium.
Manet will be assisted by fellow Guineans Fadiga Kaba as Assistant Referee 1 and Kollet Mamadou Mouctar Diallo as Assistant Referee 2.
Tawel Camara Younoussa, also from Guinea, will serve as the Fourth Official.
Algeria’s Benaissa Mohamed Lamine has been appointed as the Referee Assessor, while Khalid Abdallah Mohamed from Tanzania will be the Match Commissioner.
Kenya’s Evans Ocharo Arumba will handle security duties as the Security Officer.
Uganda and Libya both go into the game searching for their first wins of the qualifying campaign after drawing against Tunisia and Botswana respectively in their opening matches.
