    Express hit Buhimba to end three match winless streak

    Express FC have ended their three match winless run with a 3-1 victory over Buhimba Saints United FC at Nakivubo Stadium this evening.

    Mikidad Ssenyonga put the Red Eagles in front in the 17th minute before Edson Agondeze scored the equaliser for Buhimba Saints United FC five minutes later.

    Gladys ZAWEDDEExpress FC have ended their three match winless run with a 3-1 victory over Buhimba Saints United FC at Nakivubo Stadium this evening.

    John Asiimwe restored Express’ lead in the 25th minute off Ssenyonga’s well delivered cross.

    Henry Wamala sealed it off by scoring the third for Express FC in the 77th minute.

    Prior to this game, Express FC had lost three consecutive games in which they had conceded seven goals and scored none.

    They lost 1-0, 4-0, and 2-0 to SC Villa, Maroons FC, and Gaddafi FC, respectively.

    After the victory, Express FC sit in the 10th position with 15 points while Buhimba stay on 13 points in 11th.

    The other two games played on matchday ended in draws. Mbarara City FC played to a barren draw with Lugazi FC while at Lugogo it ended in a three all draw between hosts NEC FC and Kitara FC.
