Uganda Premier League side Lugazi FC have completed the signing of striker Cromwell Rwothomio Abang.
As earlier reported by this website, Rwothomio who has been out of action at NEC FC following a fall out with coach Badru Kaddu mid-day last season joins Lugazi on a two year employment contract.
“Lugazi FC is excited to announce the transfer of Cromwell Rwothomio from NEC FC, with the striker signing a two-year contract with the Leaders,” the club confirmed.
He rose to the scene with Paidha Black Angels in the 2018/19 season and has since scored a total of 53 league goals while turning out for URA FC, Vipers and NEC FC.
He joined NEC FC in the 2023/24 season after spending one season at Vipers.
Lugazi has so far signed Brian Ade, Vicent Zziwa, Jeremy Matata, Christopher Birungi, Frank Mulimi, Tonny Kyamera, Jamaldin Buchochera and Louis Anguti, among others.
