The Richard Malinga coached side overcame Bukedea Comprehensive School South 1-0 in the final on Tuesday.
John Brian Otim scored the all important goal from a free kick in the first period of the mouthwatering contest in Lira.
Bukedea under the stewardship of Ronald Ssali threatened through Simon Wanyama, Patrick Senkusu and skipper Denis Ssewagudde but couldn’t breakdown a determined and organized Amus Collega defence.
The game was officiated by FIFA Referee Dick Okello whose final whistle confirmed a maiden title for Amus College.
Meanwhile, St Mary’s Kitende beat Kyadondo SS. Matugga 3-0 in the third place play off to smile to bronze medals.
Champions Amus College School,, Bukedea Comprehensive South, St Mary’s Kitende and Kyadondo SS Matugga will represent Uganda at the FEASSA Games in Morogoro, Tanzania between 12th to 22 August 2026.
