KCCA FC will be targeting a sixth consecutive win when they host Maroons FC at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo on Wednesday.

Brian Ssenyondo’s men are the first side to win five league games in a row this season and will be hoping to stretch their fine form against Maroons.

The Kasasiro Boys beat Mbarara City 3-1 in their previous league game while Maroons played out a goalless draw with Entebbe UPPC in their last outing.

KCCA are currently fifth on the table with 16 points and will be aiming to close the gap on leaders BUL FC who beat SC Villa on Tuesday evening.

Maroons last picked maximum points against KCCA in 2023 when they prevailed 2-1 at Lugogo. KCCA have the edge in this fixture having managed two wins and three draws in the last five meetings.

Ssenyondo will hope his forward line of Ivan Ahimbisibwe and Charles Lwanga continue to impress and guide them to yet another victory.
