Uganda Cranes defender Rogers Torach Ochaki has joined Algerian topflight side CS Constantine from Vipers SC.
Torach has put pen to paper on a three year contract that will keep him at the Algerian club until 2029.

Torach has come of age since he was elevated from the St. Mary’s Kitende team into the Vipers senior team in the 2022/23 season.
He won three Uganda Premier League titles and two Stanbic Uganda Cups in the four seasons he has played for the Venoms.
The lanky center back who can ably play as a right back captained the Hippos as Uganda won Silver in the All Africa Games held in Ghana in 2024.
He made his senior national team debut in the same year as Uganda beat Kuwait 2-0 in an international friendly game in Egypt.
He has played eight teams for the Uganda Cranes and was the team captain during the 2025 CHAN tournament where he scored the all important equalizer against South Africa that sent Uganda to the knockout stages for the first time in history.
Torach was also part of the Uganda Cranes squad that featured in the 2025 AFCON in Morocco and played in the opening game against Tunisia.
His new club, Club Sportif Constantinois, was formed in 1898, 128 years ago and has won the Algerian Ligue twice.
Commonly known as CS Constantine, the club finished 9th on the Algeria Ligue 1 table last season.
Torach will become the second Ugandan to play in the Algerian Ligue after Allan Okello who featured for Paradou AC between 2020 to 2022.
