The FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned 5 people after discovering them responsible of match manipulation, in violation of Articles 43 and 44 of the FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Code.
In line with FUFA, the sanctions are associated to the 2025/26 Uganda Premier League match between Lugazi FC and Buhimba United Saints FC performed on eighth November 2025.

James Kalumba who served because the Technical Director at Buhimba United Saints FC could have a 5 12 months ban whereas Ali Feni, former participant has been banned for all times from all football-related actions.
It was established by FUFA that Feni coordinated match-fixing in a number of matches, together with Lugazi FC vs Buhimba United Saints FC, by performing as an middleman between gamers and match-fixers.
